Danny + Maddy | Christ Church Fairview Heights + 4204 Main Street Brewing Co Wedding | Belleville, IL | 2019

As soon as I saw you, I knew an adventure was going to happen.
— Winnie The Pooh

Have you ever met someone that leaves you smiling and laughing anytime you’re around them? Of course you have! (And no, we’re not referring to your significant other—although that’s a great answer 😉). Danny and Maddy are exactly those people. Always smiling, always laughing. Their goofiness is contagious and love is genuine. Although we just met them last year, we feel like we’ve known them much longer, simply because of their kindness and welcoming friendship.

We loved shooting their engagement session at Lafayette Square Park in St Louis, Missouri and loved being a part of their wedding day even more! 🥰 We’re sure they know, but they’re surrounded with amazing friends and a terrific family as well. Danny and Maddy were married at Christ Church in Fairview Heights, a beautiful church inside and out! Followed by bridal party portraits at The National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows, and lastly, their reception party at 4204 Main Street Brewing Co. in Belleville, Illinois.

It should be noted that although the St Louis Blues lost the playoff game this night, Danny was clearly winning long-term by marrying his best friend AND seeing the Blues take the 2019 Stanley Cup shortly after! Let’s go BLUES!

No matter how big or small, these two love birds said they’re looking forward to conquering all adventures in life together and we are confident that they will do just that! Danny and Maddy, we’re excited to watch your marriage grow over the years, and are excited to give you one more CONGRATULATIONS on your big day!

Much Love,

Mr + Mrs

This couple. We just love them! If you remember from their engagement session blog, they planned their wedding before they were engaged! —Rockstars— 🌟 We are so excited to share their wedding day blog with you!

Every detail of their day was perfect. So many personal touches. We were told that Maura’s family does nothing without purple, so purple was tied into so many details! Like the purple Hershey’s chocolate kisses!(💜💜💜) Their reception venue, Andre’s West, in old historic downtown Fenton, Missouri, features a patio that was the perfect spot for Brad and Maura’s first look. When the time came, Brad stood on the patio facing away from where Maura was going to walk in. As the waiting for Maura began and she got closer, his emotion started to show. He admitted, “Alright, I think that I might cry.” Moments later, Maura started walking toward him, with pretty much the biggest smile we have ever seen, and she tapped him on the shoulder. The joy, smiles, emotions that followed were beautiful. We won’t confirm or deny whether Brad shed some tears when he saw Maura, but we can assure you we did!

Their ceremony took place at The Jewel Box, an art-deco greenhouse gem in Forest Park, St. Louis, Missouri! It was stunning. The glass walls, high ceilings, and light everywhere created a breathtaking and romantic venue! Filled with greenery, a fountain, and a long aisle, this venue quickly became one of our favorites!

Brad and Maura, we loved spending your special day with you! The people that surround you are incredible! (Seriously!) Everyone was so welcoming, helpful, and kind! We felt as though we were your guests, instead of your photographers. ❤️ Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your incredible day! We are so excited to see how your world unfolds together. The two of you make one fabulous team!

Congratulations, again! Here’s to Mr & Mrs!

| 2018 |

And the two shall become one.
— Mark 10:8

Defiance Ridge Vineyards is beautifully nestled within the rolling hills of Missouri Wine Country, less than an hour away from St. Louis. Cheryl decided during dinner with her grandmother at Defiance Ridge Vineyards that she would have her wedding there one day.

The open vineyards highlighted Ryan and Cheryl’s emotion during their first look. This was Cheryl’s most anticipated moment of the day — the moment she saw Ryan for the first time. The moment that Ryan turned around to lay eyes on the love of his life in her wedding dress. It was so precious and made us both shed tears. In fact, we shed tears during their wedding day more than once! Cheryl’s second anticipated moment was to walk down the aisle with her father, Jeff — another very special man in her life. The bond that they share is so sweet.

We loved every piece of Ryan and Cheryl’s wedding, especially the outdoorsy, country, homey feel, as well as the importance of family and friends to all involved. We felt right at home and a part of the family that day.

To circle back briefly, although Ryan said his most anticipated moment was relaxing the next day, don’t let his words fool you… Just take a look for yourself. The pictures don’t lie. Ryan couldn’t hide his deeply genuine smile and true love for Cheryl throughout the day, especially during their first look. (Perhaps Ryan did get his wish to relax the next day, as they recently had completed construction on and moved into their new home in St. Charles, Missouri!)

There was so much to love about their day, from the beautiful vineyards (of course), and the bridal suite at the winery farmhouse (stunning!), to the cookie/favor table, the glow sticks for guests during reception, and the bonfire and S’mores out back!

OH! We almost forget our FAVORITE detail: Cheryl’s bouquet! (PS- Petal Pushers STL did a FABULOUS job arranging it!) Her bouquet featured a pin with several special pieces dear to her heart! For something old, she had a picture of her two-year-old self; a blue hockey note for something blue (HUGE Blues fans, in case you missed their engagement session!); for something borrowed, a pearl earring from her mother, Kathy; Additionally, she had two pictures of loved ones who were dear to her! Lastly, her necklace is her something new!

Ryan and Cheryl, we wish you a blessed and extraordinary marriage! CONGRATULATIONS!

Much Love,

| Engagement Session | 2018 |

Ok guys, we know it’s the day after Christmas, and many are still focusing on family time, but we love our clients and wanted to take a few minutes to share Bradley and Maura’s engagement session 💕.

We shot the lovely Bradley and Maura’s engagement session at Tower Grove Park in St, Louis. If you know these two, then you are well aware of the countless reasons to love this couple. Most importantly, they’re dog lovers (✔️). Their laughter together is on call (✔️). They can also nail a twirl like Christina Yamaguchi on grass (✔️), and their recently proven track record of pre-engagement wedding planning secures the “Overachievers” title! (✔️)!!

When we first met Bradley and Maura, they were not engaged yet but had already been wedding planning. During planning, Maura’s mother, Linda, took her on a girl’s weekend to the Ozarks. Early the following morning, Maura’s father picked up Bradley right after his night shift and drove him to the Ozarks to catch the girls on a morning walk. From there, Bradley proposed, and the rest is history (in the making)!

A special “thank you” to Maura’s mother, Linda, for wrangling their two dogs during our session. Major kudos!

All in all, Bradley and Maura provided a great example of how a loving and playful marriage truly should be—and they’re not even there yet! We know they’ll be just fine as husband and wife!!

CONGRATULATIONS Brad and Maura!!!

With love,

Tiffany & Chris // Amber Mark Photography

They told me that to make her fall in love, I had to make her laugh. But every time she laughs, I’m the one who falls in love.”

Nick + Miranda | Lafayette Square Park + The Franklin Room Wedding St Louis, MO | 2018

| Nick & Miranda | MR & MRS |

| 2018 | St Louis, MO |

| Lafayette Square Park & The Franklin Room |

Miranda ... I’m picturing you in a stunning white dress, wide smile, probably a few tears in your eyes, and quite a few in mine as well, and a heart full of love and happiness, as we make one final step towards becoming husband and wife.
— Nick

Nick and Miranda —

Where to start! You’ve impacted us in so many ways, from your smiles and laughs to your ambition and positivity. It’s so contagious.

We LOVE Nick and Miranda’s spirit. We love their hearts. We love surrounding ourselves with amazing people like these two. OH! And we LOVE that they’re high school sweethearts!! A match made in heaven, indeed. 💕

And just in case you were wondering, yes … we each fought back tears more than once (naturally). For Chris, they came early in the day while Nick, alone, read a letter written by his soon-to-be wife, Miranda. And then again when Miranda read Nick’s letter aloud. The sheer passion and raw love these two share is to die for. We totally fell in love with this couple!!

Nick and Miranda chose a beautiful outdoor ceremony at Lafayette Square Park, followed by a charming reception at The Franklin Room. As you walk into this vintage ballroom, you’re greeted with 30-foot ceilings, 10-foot windows, and beautiful original maple wood floods. Built in 1905, The Franklin Room has stood the test of time in one of St. Louis’s oldest neighborhoods.

It’s so cliche, but we absolutely loved meeting Nick and Miranda and being a part of their special day. (Readers are thinking, “Uh huh. I’m sure you tell everyone that.”) YOU’RE RIGHT! We do say that to everyone. But we’re also so blessed (hashtag blessed — anyone!? 😂) to have the most amazing clients in the world. What else is there to say when each and every individual, couple, and family leaves their own lasting impression on us?!?

BUT WAIT …

Maybe there is something… that makes this couple EXTRA unique…

But you’ll have to wait until the end of the blog post to find out! ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️

Did someone call the FIRE DEPARTMENT!?!?!?

Yes. Yes they did.

And that’s because we tried to burn the city down. Well, not exactly. Nick and Miranda just executed the most epic lantern send off these St. Louis City streets have seen.

Paper lanterns are special to Nick and Miranda because they did it on their first vacation together. It was only fitting to cap the happiest day of their lives together (so far!) with a lantern send off.

Enter St. Louis Fire Department Truck 11. To the rescue!! While everyone was thankful that the firefighters were understanding … Miranda was on Cloud 10 posing on and in the fire truck with her new hubby!

Needless to say, it was an epic grand finale for an epic wedding day and definitely one for the books!

Congrats,

Nick & Miranda!

💕 Much love, Tiffany & Chris
